AC700-D

Product: Double-Sided
Description:

To achieve double-side deburring in a single process, LAPMASTER WOLTERS has developed a new device, providing a patented solution for the Microline® AC 700. Converting it into a double-side precision grinding machine capable of deburring is extremely easy—simply replace the precision grinding wheel with a brush wheel and deactivate the central measurement control. This means the precision grinding machine is essentially suitable for deburring and can also be used as a combined machine.

This patented solution, the newly developed equipment, enables double-side deburring to be completed in the same step.

This patented solution, the newly developed equipment, enables double-side deburring to be completed in the same step.
Key Advantages of the Deburring Function
Ideal process for both magnetic and non-magnetic workpieces
Workpieces are inserted into fixtures without the need for chucks or clamping, and no magnetization or demagnetization is required
Chamfering requirements are achieved through single parameter setting
Deburring can be performed on both sides of the workpiece without flipping
Low equipment investment cost, as one double-side grinding and deburring machine serves two purposes
Compact footprint with low space requirements
Can be easily connected to double-side precision grinding machines due to equivalent workpiece handling
Easy to adapt to customer application requirements;
High rigidity and high precision;
User-friendly loading and unloading settings, with convenient tool replacement;
Optimize surface quality, compressing the flatness, parallelism and thickness tolerance of the workpiece within an extremely narrow range;
Excellent processing surface temperature stability, so the flatness of the worktable remains constant;
Reduce the cost of individual workpieces, shorten loading and unloading time and non-productive time;
The display menu is easy to understand and the structure is clear;
Can flexibly set processing parameters, thus achieving excellent processing results;
The response speed of pressure change is fast (without lag)
Intuitive and friendly user interface;
Can store 60 or more processing programs;
Low operating cost;
Personalized processing development, high production efficiency;
Easy to maintain;
The AC 700 can be configured accordingly based on the application, and is suitable for precision grinding, polishing, lapping and deburring;
Variable constant-torque servo drive;
The size of the processed workpiece is the basis for selecting the optimal rotating device. There are various sizes available;
According to specific application requirements, the equipment can be configured with appropriate filtration and cooling devices;
The AC 700 can be connected to manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic loading and unloading systems.
