The multi-spindle rotary headstock can accommodate up to 4 different types of spindles on the same turret, meeting high coaxiality and high cylindricity requirements. The turret drive can be adapted to either worm gear structure or torque motor structure, and it can accommodate different taper and seconds. 



Customized programming and processing interface, providing teaching-based process parameter setting and parameter-guided programming for various conventional and unconventional grinding applications. Through human-machine dialogue parameter input method, it realizes background variable program generation and invocation. It offers a customized background program database for customers and products, effectively reducing error rate and improving production efficiency.

Up to 4 different types of main axes can be configured on the same turret, meeting high coaxiality and high cylindricity requirements. The turret drive can be adapted to worm gear structure or torque motor structure, and can accommodate different taper and seconds.

4. Main shaft grinding rod depth

Based on the above 3 and 4, the depth can reach 600 - 650 mm.

6. The high torque and high power of the grinding spindle
Power ranging from 25 to 45 KW, while ensuring a torque of 100 to 130 Nm, and the spindle achieves constant torque output at low speeds.

7. According to ISO230-2 standards, the motion accuracy is 4 micrometers for P and 2 micrometers for Pa.
This is superior to the performance of manufacturers with 8 micrometers for P and 4 micrometers for Pa.

8. With high-precision hardware configuration and adjustment, it ensures the reliability of high-precision interpolation grinding.
In addition to the conventional grinding of disc and cylindrical parts, the combined vertical-horizontal grinding spindle configuration and high-precision interpolation grinding can meet the processing requirements for eccentric holes, cycloidal contours, arc-end teeth, aviation blades and other special-shaped parts and complex contours.

9. The friendly human-machine interface and modularized customization programs enhance the efficiency of programming the processing flow.
