The Lapmaster 20” Lapping & Polishing Machine is equipped with a diamond slurry and lubricant distribution system, featuring 2 independent abrasive supply lines. The glass storage tanks for diamond slurry and lubricant are fitted with magnetic stirrers.

The diamond abrasive supply system controls the distribution of diamond emulsion and lubricant, feeding automatically at a preset frequency via the machine’s processing timer. It includes a microprocessor-controlled circuit to ensure consistent and stable performance.

Slurry and lubricant are supplied to the distribution lines via air pressure (set at 5 bar) in a breathing mode, preventing excessive pressure buildup in the glass tanks.

The machine features a compact design, facilitating easy operation, maintenance and repair—especially for components like the secondary grinding seal ring or pressure relief valve.
A manual button activates the spraying of slurry and lubricant. After programming, settings are stored on a memory card, ensuring data is retained even during power outages.
