The SS-36H Lapping Machine, manufactured by Lapmaster Wolters Germany, is an ideal choice for factories requiring extremely high flatness and surface finish standards. It comes with a grooved lapping plate (diameter: 914mm) made of HT300 gray cast iron, compliant with ISO 185 (2005). Other types of lapping plates are available upon customer request.
It features a welded tubular steel base with high rigidity. The reducer, motor, lapping fluid supply system and waste fluid tank are mounted on the base, accessible by removing the detachable panel.
The standard configuration supports loose abrasives. Optional configurations for water and diamond emulsion are available upon customer request.
The flatness of the lapping plate and workpieces can be adjusted by repositioning the conditioning ring on the lapping plate.
The lapping plate drive system is equipped with an independent motor, worm gear reducer and belt drive.
This machine can process various materials including semiconductors, optical lenses, ceramics, metals and many other special products.
Pneumatic and water-cooled configurations are optional for this equipment.
