The SS-15H Bench-Top Lapping Machine, manufactured by the Lapmaster Wolters Group, is an ideal choice for processing workpieces requiring extremely high flatness and surface finish standards.

Lapping fluid is supplied to each conditioning ring through distribution pipelines. The supply pump can deliver more lapping fluid than required to the supply lines.

Excess lapping fluid flows back into the lapping fluid tank via inclined return lines. This return function, combined with the agitator's mixing action, prevents abrasive particles from settling in the lapping oil.

The standard configuration of this machine uses loose abrasives. Water and diamond emulsion are available as optional configurations upon customer request.
