The software developed by LAPMASTER WOLTERS allows intuitive operation of the entire equipment through menus. The rotating console and frame design facilitate easy access to the equipment interior.
The equipment offers options for different planetary rotation devices, drive powers, and grinding wheel speeds to match the widest range of workpiece sizes. This ensures optimal equipment configuration for every application.
The AC 1000 can be equipped with a variety of well-recognized and time-proven additional functions, such as loading table gap control, alignment adjustment devices, and metered feed systems for grinding, lapping, or polishing consumables.
Other accessories, such as measurement sensors and post-processing measurement systems, can provide statistical process control data, ensuring safety when processing critical workpieces.
