The BD series equipment features a highly flexible design concept, which can be widely used in various fields, such as processing high-precision workpieces, precision wire-cut parts, laser-cut parts, turned parts, milled parts, and workpieces with many stamping burrs.

According to customer processing requirements, each station of the equipment is equipped with 5 brush heads. The brushes can be divided into simple stamping or cast brushes and rigid bristle brushes with special structures. Specific parameters such as bristle thickness, shape, and material can be accurately selected. There is an extremely wide range of grit sizes and material options, including silicon carbide, aluminum oxide, ceramics, CBN, and diamond.

The Lapmaster Wolters linear surface processing equipment can be used independently or as a semi/fully automated solution, thanks to its modular structure that can be customized to meet customer-specific requirements.
