The Lapmaster IFL100 Bench-Top Lapping Machine is compact and practical, making it ideal for small workshops and laboratories.
It comes fully configured from the factory and is ready for use immediately after installation. It can lap workpieces with a maximum diameter of 100mm and a hole depth of 100mm. In some cases, larger diameter workpieces can also be processed, depending on specific dimensions.
The rotating arm features a compact and adjustable design. A cam device installed in the arm enables it to swing from one side to the other, ensuring uniform and thorough processing.
The flatness of the lapping plate can be dressed on Lapmaster single-side equipment.
A lapping fluid supply system is mounted on one side of the machine, with adjustable flow rate.
For fixed-speed models, the lapping plate speed is 70 rpm; for variable-speed drive models, the speed can be set within the range of 7~70 rpm.
A standalone control box is installed at the front of the base.
In all cases, the lapping process can be controlled by adjusting the timer.

The machinable workpiece has a diameter of 100mm.
