The equipment adopts a heavy-duty shockproof structural steel vertical housing design, featuring 4 integrally installed 2kW (1.5HP) polishing spindles. The buff diameter is 300mm, with a speed range of 300-3,000rpm. Equipped with two independent 5-axis (X, Y, Z, X2, and C-axis) actuator systems, each axis is fitted with a closed-loop servo motor to provide flexible and reliable movement. Encoders can feed back accurate position, speed, and acceleration. Precision ball screws used on each axis deliver linear motion with minimal friction.
