Description:Lapmaster's rotary through-feed lapping machine is the preferred choice for applications requiring high flatness and surface finish.

Workpieces are transported to the rotary conveyor belt for loading and unloading by two flip pick-and-place mechanisms. These pick-and-place mechanisms are mounted on two mounting plates, which can be adjusted vertically to compensate for disc wear.

The feeding pick-and-place mechanism can automatically identify workpieces on the conveyor belt and transfer them to the feeding slide. A linear electric device is installed under the workbench to push the workpieces onto the rotary conveyor belt, which is equipped with sensors to regulate the feeding timing.

All motors are equipped with frequency converters, enabling variable-speed drive of the equipment.
The equipment is fully enclosed in a safety guard, with interlocks on each door of the safety guard. The top of the front cover of the guard can be fully slid back, allowing quick replacement of the lapping disc using an overhead crane or truck.
The control panel is housed in a steel console, connected to the upper protective frame of the equipment via a swivel arm. The main control system is located in four electrical control boxes, which are respectively installed on the lower bases at the front and rear sides of the equipment.
